We have a 10-day refund policy, which means you have 10 days from reception to request a refund on a damaged or visually defective item.
To be eligible for a refund, the damaged/visually defective item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please send along a pic/video.

If all criteria for refund eligibility are met, your refund will be issued within 10 business days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, visually defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Since breast pumps and pump accessories are intimate items, they are not eligible for returns.
Non-intimate items may qualify for returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Please allow 1 business day for a response.
